G., como autor directo del delito de &#8220;extralimitaci\u00f3n en la ejecuci\u00f3n de un acto de servicio&#8221;, indic\u00f3 la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado, el jueves 30 de septiembre del 2021. En el hecho perdieron la vida Henry Brayan C. S., de 21 a\u00f1os, y Diego Fabi\u00e1n M.
