El Tribunal de Garant\u00edas Penales sentenci\u00f3 al m\u00e9dico Vicente P. a seis a\u00f1os y ocho meses de prisi\u00f3n tras declararlo culpable del d3l1to de 4bvs0 s3xv4l cometido contra una paciente durante una atenci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica en un centro de salud de Loja, en hechos ocurridos el 11 de agosto de 2022.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s de la pena privativa de libertad, el sentenciado deber\u00e1 pagar una multa equivalente a 12 salarios b\u00e1sicos unificados y una reparaci\u00f3n integral de 5.000 d\u00f3lares a favor de la v\u00edctima. Durante el juicio, la Fiscal\u00eda present\u00f3 el testimonio anticipado de la denunciante, informes periciales, documentos m\u00e9dicos y otras pruebas que permitieron al Tribunal establecer la responsabilidad penal del procesado.
