C., alias \u2018Reinel\u2019, fue enviado a la c\u00e1rcel por 28 a\u00f1os y 8 meses de prisi\u00f3n<\/p>\n<p>Los hechos ocurrieron el 26 de marzo de 2018, seg\u00fan las autoridades, las v\u00edctimas (periodista Javier Ortega, el fot\u00f3grafo Pa\u00fal Rivas y el conductor Efra\u00edn Segarra) fueron retenidas por integrantes del grupo residual \u2018Oliver Sinisterra\u2019 en la provincia de Esmeraldas (Ecuador).<\/p>\n<p>En este lugar, alias \u2018Reinel\u2019 fue qui\u00e9n los retuvo hasta que alias Guacho, entonces cabecilla de la estructura disidente, orden\u00f3 asesinarlos.
