Luego de que se viralizara la denuncia en contra de Rafael D\u00e1vila, por las declaraciones emitidas en perjuicio del presidente de la Rep\u00fablica, Daniel Noboa, y tras que versiones difundidas en un programa radial fueran retiradas de dicha estaci\u00f3n, el exprefecto emiti\u00f3 un comunicado para aclarar su postura.<\/p>\n<p>Con cierto grado de nerviosismo mencion\u00f3: &#8220;Cuando he coincidido con el Gobierno Nacional, lo he reconocido; y cuando ha sido necesario se\u00f1alar preocupaciones, lo he hecho pensando exclusivamente en el bienestar de la provincia de Loja.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>En ese contexto, reiter\u00f3 su mensaje al Ejecutivo: &#8220;Loja no puede seguir siendo relegada.
