La Corte Constitucional del Ecuador emiti\u00f3 un dictamen favorable que permite al presidente Daniel Noboa avanzar con un refer\u00e9ndum para reformar el sistema de designaci\u00f3n de autoridades. La propuesta busca quitar al Consejo de Participaci\u00f3n Ciudadana y Control Social la facultad de nombrar autoridades y transferirla a la Asamblea Nacional del Ecuador.<\/p>\n<p>El cambio afectar\u00eda a autoridades como el Fiscal, Contralor y Defensor del Pueblo. El Ejecutivo justifica la reforma por el bajo rendimiento y alto gasto del Cpccs.
