Horas m\u00e1s tarde, la angustia se apoder\u00f3 de su entorno cuando los presuntos s3cv3str4d0r3s exigieron a la familia USD 500.000 a cambio de su liberaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Sus familiares denunciaron el hecho, la UNASE con el apoyo del Grupo de Operaciones Especiales (GOE) llevaron a cabo el operativo \u201cF\u00e9nix \u2013 18\u201d en Loja y Cuenca en el que lograron liberar al comerciante con vida quien permanec\u00eda retenido en el sector Zamora Huayco.
