El gerente del Hospital Jos\u00e9 Carrasco Arteaga del IESS en Cuenca, Andr\u00e9s Sigcho Ord\u00f3\u00f1ez, realiz\u00f3 una inspecci\u00f3n no anunciada durante la ma\u00f1ana del mi\u00e9rcoles 4 de febrero de 2026 para verificar el cumplimiento de los turnos y el funcionamiento del servicio desde las primeras horas del d\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p>La supervisi\u00f3n se llev\u00f3 a cabo en medio de denuncias nacionales sobre falta de insumos en casas de salud del IESS. Ante este escenario, la nueva administraci\u00f3n asegur\u00f3 que mantiene acciones para garantizar la continuidad del trabajo, el cumplimiento de turnos y una atenci\u00f3n adecuada y de calidad.
