El Cabildo de Loja debatir\u00e1 este jueves 29 de enero de 2026, la propuesta de reforma a la ordenanza que regula el transporte urbano, la cual plantea un aumento del pasaje a 0,36 centavos de d\u00f3lar y una tarifa media de 0,18 centavos. El tema ha generado alerta en los barrios, pues dirigentes consideran que el incremento estar\u00eda pr\u00e1cticamente definido.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"x14z9mp xat24cr x1lziwak x1vvkbs xtlvy1s x126k92a\">\n<div dir=\"auto\">La propuesta fue conocida en primer debate el pasado 4 de septiembre de 2025 y luego pas\u00f3 a la Comisi\u00f3n de Tr\u00e1nsito para la elaboraci\u00f3n del informe t\u00e9cnico. Cabe destacar que en Loja, el servicio de transporte urbano es prestado por cuatro operadoras con 238 unidades, y actualmente el pasaje cuesta 0,30 y 0,15 centavos.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"x14z9mp xat24cr x1lziwak x1vvkbs xtlvy1s x126k92a\">\n<div dir=\"auto\">El concejal Iv\u00e1n Lude\u00f1a se\u00f1al\u00f3 que el proyecto fue elaborado durante la administraci\u00f3n del exalcalde Franco Quezada y que este segundo debate permitir\u00e1 recoger observaciones antes de regresar el texto a la Comisi\u00f3n. La votaci\u00f3n final se realizar\u00eda en aproximadamente 15 d\u00edas.
