decir de Alvarado, el objetivo fue repartir el poder y expuso varias cuotas que ser\u00edan parte de reparaci\u00f3n de poder, cargos que estar\u00edan ocupados por familiares de algunos concejales.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, recalc\u00f3 que la administraci\u00f3n de Guayanay estar\u00eda otorgando nombramientos a personas ajenas al GAD Municipal.<\/p>\n<p>Una controversia que desat\u00f3 diversas acusaciones poniendo en tela de duda la gesti\u00f3n de Diana Guayanay, en medio de aparente esc\u00e1ndalo de corrupci\u00f3n y cuestionamientos para conocer quien se convertir\u00e1 en el jefe del Cuerpo de Bomberos de Loja, sobre todo, ahora que la alcaldesa manifest\u00f3 que podr\u00eda saltarse la ley.<\/p>\n<p>De momento, la pol\u00e9mica contin\u00faa y muchos preguntan
