Se\u00f1al\u00f3 que, al igual que en contratos anteriores, se han encontrado graves irregularidades relacionadas con la compra de generadores. Los hallazgos preliminares revelan responsabilidades administrativas, civiles y posibles indicios penales, con un perjuicio estimado en USD 20 millones. Aunque Progen recibi\u00f3 el 70 % del anticipo, no ha cumplido con los plazos ni con las entregas pactadas.<\/p>\n
