Fernando Ochoa y el Dr. Jorge Jaramillo Villamagua denuncian, uso indebido de recursos p\u00fablicos en campa\u00f1a anticipada en contra de la organizaci\u00f3n pol\u00edtica CREO, que su presidente provincial es el actual prefecto de Loja.
