La Corte Constitucional resolvi\u00f3 no dar paso v\u00eda enmienda a la eliminaci\u00f3n del Consejo de Participaci\u00f3n Ciudadana (CPCCS), ni al enjuiciamiento pol\u00edtico de los magistrados de la propia Corte. Estas iniciativas deber\u00e1n buscar otra v\u00eda para su tramitaci\u00f3n. Adem\u00e1s, neg\u00f3 otras propuestas, como el regreso de los casinos, por falta de claridad e incumplimiento de requisitos, y la castraci\u00f3n qu\u00edmica, al considerarla restrictiva de derechos constitucionales.<\/p>\n
