Acompa\u00f1ada de miles de devotos, la Virgen del Cisne cumpli\u00f3 el primer tramo, este domingo 17 de agosto, hasta la parroquia San Pedro de la Bendita, marcando el inicio de su recorrido desde el Santuario hacia la ciudad de Loja. Vestida con los colores representativos del Ecuador, inici\u00f3 su recorrido envuelto de flores y oraciones donde la fe se sent\u00eda a cada paso.<\/p>\n<p>En el trayecto, los fieles entonaron himnos marianos, rezaron el rosario y compartieron gestos de hermandad. Familias enteras, j\u00f3venes y personas de la tercera edad caminaron junto a \u2018La Churonita\u2019 durante 25 km aproximadamente y, como es costumbre en la romer\u00eda, grupos de personas ofrecieron agua y alimentos como muestra de hospitalidad con los peregrinos.<\/p>\n<p>Tras su arribo a San Pedro de la Bendita, se celebr\u00f3 la eucarist\u00eda presidida por el Obispo de la Di\u00f3cesis, Monse\u00f1or Walter Heras. Este lunes 18 de agosto, \u2018La Churonita\u2019 parti\u00f3 desde la parroquia con rumbo a la ciudad de Catamayo.
