El fallo fue emitido por el presidente encargado del m\u00e1ximo \u00f3rgano judicial, Jos\u00e9 Suing, en respuesta al pedido de las autoridades estadounidenses, que acusan al cabecilla de n4rc0tr\u00e1f1c0 y d3l1ncv3ncia organizada.<\/p>\n
Con el aval de la Corte, la decisi\u00f3n ahora pasa al Ejecutivo, por lo cual ser\u00e1 el presidente Daniel Noboa quien tenga la \u00faltima palabra sobre la entrega de Fito a las autoridades de EE.UU., aunque ya ha manifestado p\u00fablicamente su intenci\u00f3n de concederla.<\/p>\n
