Mar\u00eda Luisa Cruz Riofr\u00edo como nueva ministra del Ambiente, Agua y Transici\u00f3n Ecol\u00f3gica. Cruz ven\u00eda desempe\u00f1\u00e1ndose en el cargo de viceministra del Agua, donde, seg\u00fan la instituci\u00f3n, luch\u00f3 por un acceso m\u00e1s equitativo por el l\u00edquido vital y promovi\u00f3 el reciclaje.<\/p>\n
Cabe destacar que la hoy ministra, form\u00f3 parte del equipo de la cartera de Estado que estuvo en Esmeraldas emprendiendo acciones para contener los efectos del derrame de petr\u00f3leo, suscitado a inicios de marzo.<\/p>\n
