Con ello se aplicar\u00e1 la multa cuando la velocidad rebase cinco kil\u00f3metros del l\u00edmite, si se mide con un radar fijo y siete kil\u00f3metros m\u00e1s, si se mide con un radar m\u00f3vil. La velocidad m\u00e1xima en una zona urbana es de 50 kil\u00f3metros por hora, 90 kil\u00f3metros por hora en carreteras para veh\u00edculos livianos y 70 kil\u00f3metros el transporte p\u00fablico.
