los jueces constitucionales Ramiro \u00c1vila Santamar\u00eda y Hern\u00e1n Salgado Pesantes, conoci\u00f3 de la admisibilidad de la acci\u00f3n, en atenci\u00f3n a los requisitos establecidos en los art\u00edculos 54, 55 y 56 de la Ley Org\u00e1nica de Garant\u00edas Jurisdiccionales y Control Constitucional, resolvi\u00f3 su inadmisi\u00f3n, por no cumplir con el reclamo previo como lo exige las normas legales antes se\u00f1aladas.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"o9v6fnle cxmmr5t8 oygrvhab hcukyx3x c1et5uql ii04i59q\">\n<div dir=\"auto\">Esto se pudo apreciar mediante
