Tras haber sido acusado por el Municipio de Quito, como presunto responsable del 1nc3d10 forestal registrado en El Panecillo (Quito), el pasado 12 de septiembre, Jefferson M. fue declarado inocente, tras un proceso judicial que incluy\u00f3 m\u00e1s de 30 testimonios y varias audiencias. Seg\u00fan el implicado, asegur\u00f3 que se encontraba en el lugar intentando salvar sus pocas pertenencias y a sus mascotas cuando fue detenido, adem\u00e1s mencion\u00f3 que habr\u00eda sido v\u00edctima de discriminaci\u00f3n por su condici\u00f3n social. Por otro lado, Pabel Mu\u00f1oz, alcalde de Quito, se pronunci\u00f3 ante la sentencia. &#8216;Ojal\u00e1 tengan fundamento para ello. Nosotros dejamos el caso en manos de la justicia.
