El presidente Daniel Noboa a traves del Decreto Ejecutivo N\u00b0 444, ordena a entidades financieras p\u00fablicas, privadas, populares y solidarias; as\u00ed como casas comerciales, otorgar un alivio econ\u00f3mico q las familias que mantengan deudas actualmente con em sistema financiero por la crisis energ\u00e9tica que vive el pa\u00eds. En dicho documento se se\u00f1ala que estos establecimientos podr\u00e1n crear programas de diferimiento extraordinario y temporal hasta por 90 d\u00edas.
