Daniel Noboa hizo la entrega de ambulancias al sector de salud, en donde enfatiz\u00f3 que &#8216;hace m\u00e1s de 10 a\u00f1os ninguno de los gobiernos anteriores puso como prioridad mejorar la atenci\u00f3n prehospitalaria, es por ello que se entrega un lote de 17 ambulancias que forman parte de las 186 que se adquirieron durante un convenio con las Naciones Unidas&#8217;. Tras este suceso, el exministro de Salud del gobierno de Guillermo Lasso, Jos\u00e9 Ruales, aclar\u00f3 a trav\u00e9s de su cuenta de X, lo siguiente: &#8216;Las 186 ambulancias fueron adquiridas en el gobierno de Lasso, 158 en marzo 2023, 28 adicionales en octubre 2023, con entregas hasta julio 2024. Qued\u00f3 pendiente 2024: 40 ambulancias para el ECU 911 y 6 ambulancias acu\u00e1ticas.
