Durante un a\u00f1o en labores en el concejo municipal el cant\u00f3n Loja, los ediles John Espinosa, Lenin Cuenca e Iv\u00e1n Lude\u00f1a son los tres \u00fanicos de once concejales que cuentan con un proyecto de ordenanza aprobado; por otro lado, pese a contar con varios proyectos por parte de Pablo Qui\u00f1onez, Santiago Err\u00e1ez, Miguel Castillo, Polibio V\u00e9lez, Pablo Carri\u00f3n, Diana Guayanay, Yuri Yaguana y Adalber Gaona hasta la presente, no tienen aprobado ning\u00fan proyecto de ordenanza.
