De tal manera que tras el decreto supremo (009-0024) firmado por la presidenta Dina Boularte, identifica que\u00a0 \u201cel transexualismo, el travestismo de rol dual, el trastorno de la identidad de g\u00e9nero en la ni\u00f1ez, otros trastornos de la identidad de g\u00e9nero, el travestismo fetichista y la orientaci\u00f3n sexual egodist\u00f3nica\u201d han sido consignados ahora como problemas de salud mental.
