Usuarios denuncian que los funcionarios p\u00fablicos no brindan la atenci\u00f3n correspondiente en las instalaciones del Registro Mercantil de Loja que ubicado en la calle Juan Jos\u00e9 Pe\u00f1a 1230 entre Lourdes y Mercadillo pese a los horarios de atenci\u00f3n establecidos de 08h00 am a 16h30 pm. En esta ocasi\u00f3n, una ciudadana, grab\u00f3 entre las 13h00 a 14h00 y no hay atenci\u00f3n o informaci\u00f3n en dicha entidad.
