{"id":15180,"date":"2023-04-13T17:18:21","date_gmt":"2023-04-13T17:18:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.lodelmomentoloja.com\/?p=15180"},"modified":"2023-04-13T22:20:24","modified_gmt":"2023-04-13T22:20:24","slug":"aprueban-proyecto-para-declarar-a-calvas-en-emergencia","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.lodelmomentoloja.com\/?p=15180","title":{"rendered":"Aprueban proyecto para declarar a Calvas en emergencia"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>En atenci\u00f3n al Memorando Nro.AN-MQMA-2023-0021-O, de fecha 11 de abril de 2023, dentro del marco de tratamiento de la convocatoria a la SESI\u00d3N No. 863 del Pleno de la Asamblea Nacional, el asamble\u00edsta de la provincia de Loja Manuel Medina, plante\u00f3 un cambio al orden del d\u00eda, denominado en dicho oficio como:<\/p>\n<p><strong>PROYECTO DE RESOLUCI\u00d3N PARA \u201cEXHORTAR AL PRESIDENTE DE LA REP\u00daBLICA DEL ECUADOR PARA QUE DECLARE EN EMERGENCIA POR FUERTES LLUVIAS AL CANT\u00d3N CALVAS PROVINCIA DE LOJA Y DISPONGA LA COMPARECENCIA PERSONAL E INDELEGABLE AL PLENO DE LA ASAMBLEA NACIONAL AL DIRECTOR DEL SERVICIO NACIONAL DE GESTI\u00d3N DE RIESGOS Y EMERGENCIAS (SNGRE) REFERENTE A LA CONSTRUCCI\u00d3N DEL PROYECTO DE ENCAUZAMIENTO DE LA QUEBRADA TOTORAS EN EL CANT\u00d3N CALVAS\u201d<\/strong> de conformidad con lo dispuesto en los art\u00edculos 130 y 135 de la Ley Org\u00e1nica de la Funci\u00f3n Legislativa.<\/p>\n<p>En la Sesi\u00f3n Nro. 863 de la Asamblea Nacional del 13 de abril del 2023, se aprob\u00f3 el proyecto de resoluci\u00f3n exhortando al Presidente de la Rep\u00fablica del Ecuador para que se declare en emergencia por fuertes lluvias al cant\u00f3n Calvas, provincia de Loja.<\/p>\n<p>\u00bfQu\u00e9 dice la resoluci\u00f3n?
