Lesly Tobar, Jefe de Operaciones de la Comisi\u00f3n de Tr\u00e1nsito del Ecuador (CTE) de Santo Domingo, fue asesinado por sicarios, la ma\u00f1ana de este jueves 6 de abril, mientras desayunaba en un restaurante cerca de las oficinas.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">En im\u00e1genes de c\u00e1maras de seguridad se ve el momento cuando dos sicarios llegan en una motocicleta, uno se baja para acabar con la vida del servidor p\u00fablico en cuesti\u00f3n se segundos y huyen del lugar mientras el cuerpo del hombre qued\u00f3 tendido en el suelo del negocio con su uniforme.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">La instituci\u00f3n se pronunci\u00f3 tras el hecho y rechaz\u00f3 el cobarde asesinato.
